If you’re taking the ferry from Cancun, it is highly recommended that you purchase your tickets in advance. Tickets can be bought at ADO bus station for around $10-15 USD each.
It’s wise to have some cash on hand after your ferry ride, as you may need it for any purchases or transfers afterward. You can use a local ATM or withdraw cash from a bank at the airport.
